Candidates may also apply electronically at the Help Desk of the Public Service Commission, 7, Louis Pasteur Street, Forest Side from 9.00 a.m to 3.30 p.m on weekdays and not later than 3.00 p.m on the closing date.
However, candidates not applying online may submit their application forms (PSC Form 7 or DFSC Form 7) which may be obtained either from the Enquiry Counter of the Ministry of Public Service, Administrative and Institutional Reforms, Ground Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, Port Louis or from the Enquiry Counter of the Public Service Commission, 7, Louis Pasteur Street, Forest Side or from the Chief Commissioner’s Office, Port Mathurin, Rodrigues, or from the offices of the Mauritius High Commissions/Embassies overseas.

For Serving Officers in Ministries/Departments, applications should be made in duplicate, the original to be sent directly to the Secretary, Public Service Commission and Disciplined Forces Service Commission and the duplicate one through their respective Supervising/ Responsible Officer.
